1. Work with you to create custom preliminary drawings
2. Create site plan with your property survey​
3. Confirm compliance with local zoning ordinances and building code
4. Create a Specifications document​ with you

Once you have accepted the preliminary drawings and specifications, your next steps are up to you.  If you have a builder already, you will want them to estimate the project cost at this time.  The cost estimate information may cause updates to the preliminary drawings. And the process continues until you are satisfied and ready to build.

2. Assist in the project estimating process
3. Provide builder referral(s) for your project
